This step provides continuous protection from ongoing damage at home.  This is not a moisture treatment or a protein treatment.  To use, shampoo your hair with a lathering cleanser (sulfate free clarifying or regular cleanser), then squeeze out as much water as possible using a towel.  Apply enough Olaplex to easily comb through the hair with a wide toothed comb, root to end.  Put on a disposable shower cap and leave on for a minimum of 20 mins, to a maximum of overnight.  This treatment MUST be shampooed out of the hair and then followed by a conditioner.  Curl Specialist tip: get even better results when you follow with a deep moisture treatment! This helps for those people who find their hair feels a bit dry after only doing an Olaplex treatment alone.
